It took five months to get promised floor mats. They were used and also for a different model car. The car also had a clanking noise every time it came to a stop. I bought extended warranty and was told it would cover everything. It had broken motor mounts which was not covered by the warranty they sold me. Also was not told about the $100 deductable. Very bad buying experience. They would not return my calls after purchase. Bad customer service. I would not recommend this dealer to anyone!! I purchased a used PT CRUISER in late 09.
