Everything was first class, as expected. Having the wireless capability to allow access to the Internet in the waiting area was also very much appreciated. It allowed me to get work done while waiting, thus eliminating the need for me to get a loaner vehicle.
This is the second time I have had my BMW serviced at BMW of Sterling. The first time took longer than expected, but the results were well beyond expectations and I was given a BMW rental which was a nice perk. The second time went by a lot quicker (huge improvement) from the first and I was glad I had chosen to stick around. Not only did I feel like my car was serviced faster but I was able to take care of e-mails while waiting. They have really improved in the areas of customer service and timeliness.
Huge selection of vehicles and friendly staff. I would recommend this place, I had an overall good experience.
